Sharing an extremely nice complement from a very appreciative patient who presented to our FMH/TVC Business Office for some help with his billing.  This person could not say enough good things about our entire FHP organization.  He said he has never once encountered an unfriendly or unkind person within our organization.  He states everyone is extremely helpful at every level within FHP from top management all the way through to our maintenance team.  He also praised our wonderful cafeteria!
